Oxford Paint Services

PETE #1 and HDPE #2 plastic are accepted. PETE #1 plastic examples are soda bottles, water bottles and some food containers. HDPE #2 Plastic examples are milk jugs, detergent bottles, and other food and liquid containers. The type of plastic is usually printed on the bottom or side of the item within the recycling symbol. Please put all plastic loosely into the bin (no paper or plastic bags). Please do not put any other type of plastic into the receptacle. Cans and Plastic share a bin and are sorted at the Recycling Center.

Mixed Paper

The mixed paper bin is for all types of paper other than newsprint. Examples are magazines, junk mail, paper sacks, catalogues, paper folders, envelopes, computer paper, copy paper, and non-corrugated boxes can go in this bin. Please put all paper products loosely into the bin (no plastic bags or cardboard boxes).


Clean, dry, non-bound newspaper only. Inserts that come in the newspaper are acceptable. Please put all newspaper loosely into the bin (no plastic bags).


Cardboard must be broken down to save space, one unbroken box takes space away from others.

No glass!

No styrofoam!!

The recycling drop off location is for residents only Businesses should bring their recyclables to the Recycling Center at the Landfill on County Road 321 (Pea Ridge Road).

The Direct Marketing Association's (DMA) Mail Preference Service (MPS) lets you opt out of receiving unsolicited commercial mail from many national companies for five years. When you register with this service, your name will be put on a "delete" file and made available to direct-mail marketers and organizations. This will reduce most of your unsolicited mail.
